Yeah, if you're going to be doing alot of freehand drawing it's considerably easier to have a wacom tablet. Sometimes you can find them used ones online for cheap.
Yeah I've been needing a wacom for ages, I'm actually using a crappy, small laptop mouse because my normal mouse broke recently, damn thing.
